Thank you for shopping with Gabaya. Our exquisite bio-vegan leather handbags are individually crafted and meticulously inspected before they are shipped to you. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
General Information
We deliver to all major locations across India through our trusted logistic partners. We do not currently offer direct international shipping through the website, but international queries can be dispatched via our B2B team.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available part of your order, and when the unavailable item becomes available, we will ship the rest.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
- During peak seasons, collection drops, or holidays, processing times may experience a slight delay. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in India.
- Expedited/Fast Shipping: Where available, you may opt for expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
- Free Shipping Limit: We typically offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a specific threshold (e.g., over ₹2,000). Please verify current offers during checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistical constraints, or local public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor the progress of your luxury Gabaya purchase directly through the courier’s portal.
4. Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is completely accurate. Gabaya is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Deliveries: If our courier partner cannot safely deliver the package at the provided address, they will typically make 2-3 attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to Gabaya. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to resend customized or standard physical goods.
5. Damages reporting
Gabaya ensures all products are securely packaged to preserve the premium bio-vegan leather structure.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at gabaya.legacy@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in their original condition and take detailed photographs, which will be required for us to file a claim with the shipment carrier and expedite your replacement.
